Upper channels
-thin down right back
channel, but straight, like a straw
-thicker left side,
balloons at heart, then goes back to same thickness as above heart
-when moving through the
top of root chakra to the front, dimensions switch
-right channel becomes
thicker and more robust
-left channel becomes
thin/straw like, except for ballooning at heart
Lower channels
-right leg, it runs free and easy
-left leg, energy runs slower and thicker
-left outside channel is more stone like solid
-left inside channel is ephemeral, especially between knee and hip
-message, "keep your knees together" and "last chance to pull back"
-from Janeen, "trust", run trust up from the earth
-channel is still slow but there is a clear opening, small, but present
